Shiho picks full sheets of each shade from the week’s dyeing, matching them by daylight.
Kenta cuts a stack at a time on the guillotine, checks a corner with a set square, and trims again if it is out.
Sheets are counted by hand, laid on a stiff board in shade order and slid into glassine.
Boxed between boards and handed to Yamato or EMS. You get a tracking number the same evening.
Custom packs are cut from our own dyed kozo kami. For bright colours, pick a ready pack such as the Studio Mix.
Not in one sleeve — build a second pack instead. Two packs in one order still pay one delivery charge.
Send us a photo within 14 days and we cut the shade again. Custom packs cannot be returned for a refund because they are cut to order.
